Can I return items I don’t want?

 No. Please Order Carefully as once your order is placed, it cannot be amended. All sales are final. 
I received damaged or missing items in my order, What should I do?
Let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order of any damages, wrong items or items with manufacturing defects by emailing our customer service team at NatalieEliseBeauty@gmail.com. Any approved returns must be received with a return authorization number (RA#). Please provide our customer service with the following information:
  • Pictures if claiming defective products
  • Your Name & Address
  • Invoice number
